Returns for any item(s) purchased from our website will be accepted with a full refund under the following conditions:

1. To initiate the refund process, please email us at sales@stairnosingco.co.uk  
2. Returns must be completed within 14 days of delivery.
3. The item(s) must be unopened and in the same condition as received.
4. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs, except in the case of a faulty product.
5. To claim a refund for damaged or faulty items, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt and send photographs of the damage to sales@stairnosingco.co.uk  
6. If you change your mind or order the incorrect item or size, courier costs will be deducted from your total refund.
7. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all products.
